(HALIFAX, N.S.) – The Cape Breton Capers topped the Dalhousie Tigers 69-56 on Friday afternoon to advance to the semifinals of the Subway AUS Women’s Basketball Championship.

(Halifax, NS) Saturday night's AUS women’s basketball matchup between the Dalhousie Tigers and UPEI Panthers featured two teams looking to solidify an AUS playoff position. The Panthers came out on top 68-67 in a game that went down to the wire.

The CIS No. 3 SMU Huskies defeated the Dalhousie Tigers 72-49 Wednesday evening in AUS women’s basketball action from the Homburg Centre.

(St. John’s, NL) – The Memorial Sea-Hawks won their second game of the season as they topped the Dalhousie Tigers 80-77 in overtime on Sunday afternoon at The Field House. The win keeps the Sea-Hawks in the playoff hunt, as they trail the UPEI Panthers by four points going into next weekend.

(St. John’s, NL) – The Dalhousie Tigers defeated the Memorial Sea-­Hawks 62-­55 on Saturday evening in AUS women’s basketball at the Field House. This was the third match-up of the season between the two teams. Dalhousie has now won all three.

Huskies top Tigers in Shoot for the Cure game

(Halifax, NS) On Friday night the Dalhousie Tigers hosted cross town rivals, the Saint Mary’s Huskies in their annual Shoot for the Cure game which raises awareness and funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. The Huskies prevailed in the fourth quarter beating the Tigers 62-51.

(FREDERICTON, N.B.) The UNB Varsity Reds tamed the Tigers, in dominating fashion, taking the first of a two-game weekend series 67-52.

On Friday night at the Dalplex the Dalhousie Tigers took down the StFX X-Women 69-57 in AUS women’s basketball action. A 9-0 fourth quarter run propelled the Tigers to their first win of 2016.

The Dalhousie Tigers dropped their first game of 2016 by a score of 65-56 to the Saint Mary’s Huskies at the Dalplex. At one point in the game, the Tigers led by as much as 10 points, but were unable to hang on for the win.
