(Halifax, N.S.) – On the third and final day of the Kemp-Fry Invitational Swim Meet, the Dalhousie women and the McGill men were atop the team standings.
First-year Tigers swimmer Alec Karlsen set a new AUS record in the men’s 400m IM event in a time of 4:21.52 on the second night of the Kemp-Fry Invitational swim meet. He broke fellow Tiger Bryan Fummerton’s time of 4:21.62, set November 25, 2011.
Both the women's and men's swim teams got their first team wins of the season at the Jack Scholz Invitational at Acadia over the weekend.
