Alec Karlsen sets AUS record at Kemp-Fry Invitational

First-year Tigers swimmer Alec Karlsen set a new AUS record in the men’s 400m IM event in a time of 4:21.52 on the second night of the Kemp-Fry Invitational swim meet. He broke fellow Tiger Bryan Fummerton’s time of 4:21.62, set November 25, 2011.

The Tigers men’s 800m freestyle relay team of Gavin Dyke, Peter Inches, Keenan Teghtsoonian and Tyler Immel-Herron set a new AUS record. Dyke also set the 200m freestyle record during the opening leg of the relay.
